1. When to Expect Your Shipment:

Most orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. If Energising / Puja of products is required then dispatch may take around 6 - 8 days from the day of ordering. Certain items that are designated as special order may require additional time as indicated on the item's information page. Estimated shipping time for special order items is typically seven to ten business days. You will be notified by email if any delay is anticipated.

2. Policy Statement:

We will not be held responsible for delays in shipping that are a result of natural disasters, inclement weather, or other state, national, or international events that are beyond the control of RUDRABANDU.

3. Shipping to areas where there is no service provided by our distribution / logistics partner

We shall dispatch the order to nearest serviceable area of the shipping address. OR We shall send the dispatch through national carrier (Indian Postal Service).
